Two briefs a day
The morning brief at 06:00 CT plans 07:00 to 07:00. The mid-day brief at 13:45 CT re-forecasts and re-plans from 15:00 on the next day's day-ahead prices, and lists every block it kept, moved or withdrew.
For ERCOT battery storage · Energy arbitrage · Advisory strategy
You receive a dispatch plan each morning, re-planned at mid-day on the next day's prices. Each plan says which hours to charge and which to sell, and tracks the spikes. We do the heavy analysis and forecasts, and tailor the plan to your specific BESS. You keep the keys, and you set the record.
If you own or run a BESS in ERCOT and your revenue depends on when you charge and when you discharge, you are the whole of our audience. Everything here is built around that one decision.
Ancillary services carried this fleet for years. They are getting crowded, the clearing prices show it, and the money is moving back toward the spread. That is the market this service was built for, and more of the fleet walks into it every quarter.
The morning brief at 06:00 CT plans 07:00 to 07:00. The mid-day brief at 13:45 CT re-forecasts and re-plans from 15:00 on the next day's day-ahead prices, and lists every block it kept, moved or withdrew.
We send no alerts. The briefs and the live dashboard carry the spike forecast, and the plan schedules around it. Spikes the plan caught and spikes it missed are counted side by side in the graded record.
We read public market data and tell you what we see. We do not trade, and we are not wired into anything you own.
We make money when you do. The fee is a share of the Gain over your own Baseline, worked out on settled prices at your trading hub, the hub named on your order form. Hours your battery is set to ancillary service are paused: no fee on them, and no Baseline credit.
There is no retainer and no minimum, and no month you cannot leave. An initiation advance at signing is credited against the fees as they come due, and nothing is owed when there is no Gain. The full terms are part of every walkthrough.
You can re-run a backtest until it flatters you. So we locked the protocol, fingerprinted it before we looked at the data, and ran it once. We lost. That result sits at the top of the Trust page, where it belongs. What survived it is what we sell.
How the record is kept
That is the method the live record is kept by, and the method is what decides whether a record means anything. We open the record itself on a live screen when we meet.
We locked a protocol, ran the test once, and lost the bet we made. Here is that result in full, and what survived it.
Read the null result →Archived before, graded after, misses published, thresholds frozen. The method the live record is kept by.
See the method →A virtual walkthrough of the product on a demonstration account. Your own asset from the first day of service.
Start here →Who we are, what we will and will not do, and the terms under which everything here is offered.
Read the terms →Before anything starts we photograph your baseline: how your asset was already running, taken from your own history rather than our opinion of it. Everything after that is measured against the photograph, on settled prices.
Rates and terms are set in writing before any engagement begins. Nothing on this page is an offer to transact.
